5. No Guaranteed Outcomes
SyeniteLabs aims to provide high-quality digital and AI solutions. However, we do not guarantee specific commercial results, rankings, visibility outcomes, AI answer placements, citations, sales, revenue, leads, search performance, or platform adoption.
AI systems, search engines, third-party platforms, APIs, model outputs, and recommendation systems may change over time and are outside SyeniteLabs’ full control.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, access, approvals, feedback, brand assets, technical documentation, and any required permissions needed for the delivery of services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights, violate laws, or contain unlawful, misleading, confidential, or restricted content unless appropriate authorization exists.
7. AI, Automation, and Technical Limitations
AI, automation, computer vision, and software systems may produce errors, incomplete outputs, false positives, false negatives, latency, downtime, or unexpected behavior. Any deployment involving operational, customer-facing, safety-sensitive, financial, legal, medical, or high-risk decisions should include appropriate human review and safeguards.
SyeniteLabs does not provide legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract with qualified professional review.
8. Payments and Invoices
Fees, deposits, payment schedules, taxes, and billing terms are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused or withheld if payment is late or incomplete.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SyeniteLabs retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, know-how, software components, workflows, documentation structures, design systems, and internal tools.
After full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final agreed deliverables for their business purposes, subject to any third-party licenses, open-source licenses, platform terms, API terms, or other restrictions that apply.
10. Third-Party Services
Some services may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, software, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication tools, AI model providers, payment processors, or other vendors.
SyeniteLabs is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, data processing practices, security incidents, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.
